Dim looked very surprised, his rot open, wiping the krovvy off of his goober with his rook and in turn looking surprised at the red flowing krovvy and at me. But that devotchka was smecking away ha ha ha now with her droogs at the bar, her red rot working and her zoobies ashine, not having noticed Dim's filthy vulgarity. It was me really Dim had done wrong to. I said: "If you don't like this and you wouldn't want that, then you know what to do, little brother." Georgie said, in a sharp way that made me look: "All right. Let's not be starting." "That's clean up to Dim," I said. "Dim can't go on all his jeezny being as a little child." Все три причины эти извращения религии общи всем религиозным учениям и исказили отчасти учения браманизма, буддизма, таосизма, конфуцианства, еврейства, магометанства; но причины эти не уничтожили веру в эти учения. И народы Азии, несмотря на извращения, которым подверглись эти учения, продолжают верить в них и соединены между собою и отстаивают свою независимость. Только одна так называемая христианская религия утратила всякую обязательность для народов, исповедующих ее, и перестала быть религией. Отчего это? Какие особенные причины произвели это странное явление?
Причина это в том, что так называемое церковно-христианское учение не есть цельное, возникшее на основании проповеди одного великого учителя учение, каковы буддизм, конфуцианство, таосизм, а есть только подделка под истинное учение великого учителя, не имеющая с истинным учением почти ничего общего, кроме названия основателя и некоторых ничем не связанных положений, заимствованных из основного учения.
Знаю, что то, что я имею высказать теперь, именно то, что та церковная вера, которую веками исповедовали и теперь исповедуют миллионы людей под именем христианства, есть не что иное, как очень грубая еврейская секта, не имеющая ничего общего с истинным христианством, - покажется людям, исповедующим на словах учение этой секты, не только невероятным, но верхом ужаснейшего кощунства.
Но я не могу не сказать этого. Не могу не сказать этого потому, что для того, чтобы люди могли воспользоваться тем великим благом, которое дает нам истинное христианское учение, нам необходимо прежде всего освободиться от того бессвязного, ложного и, главное, глубоко-безнравственного учения, которое скрыло от нас истинное христианское учение...
